If you have any questions or need a quote for your event, please email us at ibisonconcessions@gmail.com or call us at (269) 649-3943. We typically respond within 2 business days. When we’re traveling for events, email is usually the fastest way to reach us!

We recommend reaching out as early as possible, especially during our busy season. Our schedule can fill up quickly!

We offer a wide range of options including elephant Ears, pizza, hamburgers, ice cream and much more. If you have something specific in mind, just ask!

Yes! Our trailers are fully self-contained with their own power and water supplies if needed. All units are licensed, insured and our team is Servsafe and Allergy Certified.

We deliver to various locations across Michigan, depending on availability and the size of your event.

We accept cash, company checks and all major credit cards. Please note we do not accept personal checks.

Reservation fees are non-refundable once the contract is signed. The remaining balance is due 60 days before the event. If the balance is not paid, the reservation may be canceled. In rare cases where we need to cancel, we will refund all payments made.

We do not include gratuity in our prices. Gratuity is optional and left to the discretion of our customers.

We provide tables for buffet setup, linens, serving dishes, serving utensils, disposable plates and utensils. Clients are responsible for arranging trash disposal.

Absolutely! We are happy to work with you to create a customized menu to fit your event’s theme, dietary needs and preferences.

We cater events of all sizes, from small private gatherings to large public festivals.

We mainly service the State of Michigan, but depending on event size and scheduling, we may travel farther. Contact us for details!

Yes! We are Servsafe and Allergy Certified and can accommodate a range of dietary needs including gluten-free and vegetarian options upon request.

We typically arrive several hours before your event starts to ensure proper setup and to address any last-minute details.
