I personally love the fact that these guys pick up gigs at local hometown gatherings like the Wine festival in Paw Paw or the Fourth of July fireworks show. They have great elephant ears and cheese fries in my opinion. I just love that carnival nostalgia that whisks me back to my childhood. Been enjoying their food for over a decade at various events.

Have been at many events where Ibison is a food vendor and they are always professional and clean. The help is friendly and the food is great! You know when you see the Ibisons you won’t be disappointed. Every so often they even set up at Napa Auto in Portage so stop in and get an Elephant ear!
